The American Emu Association holds an annual convention for members and those interested in the emu industry.  Our goal is to provide the latest information about the emu industry along with invaluable networking with members from across the country and internationally.   The convention hosts speakers on a variety of topics relating to emu health, husbandry, emu oil, emu meat, research, and business development and much more.  The banquet with a fundraising auction is always great fun and the highlight of the convention.
