* Any registrations made by mail and postmarked after August 31, 2026 will be considered “late registration” and the checks will be returned. Late registration check payments may be paid at the convention, “if” arrangements are made in advance to insure an accurate head count.
** In order for family member or partner to receive the reduced second member registration rate, the attendee must be accompanying a registered member at full member price and be a part of the AEA member's family or their farm, ranch or business.
*** Non-Member SPECIAL includes convention registration and a discounted one-year AEA membership - a savings of $50.00. (Not for International Membership.)
**** Students must be 18 years and older. Registration is for SATURDAY ONLY from 8 am to 5 pm. Meals NOT included
