* Any registrations postmarked after June 25th, 2013 will be considered “Late Registration” and the checks will be
returned.  Late Registration payments will be accepted at the convention only.

**  In order to receive the reduced Additional Registration rates, the attendees must be accompanying a
registered member at full member price and be a part of the AEA member’s family, farm, ranch or business.

***  Non-Member SPECIAL (US Memberships Only) includes convention registration and a discounted 1 year AEA membership.

**** If enough interest, a second soap making class will be added Friday from 1:30-3:00pm.

Approximately 8 miles away from host hotel (10-15 mintue car ride)

Airport Shuttle Service - Airport pickup for hotel guests is available. Call to schedule a pickup prior to arriving if possible, let the hotel know your arrival date/time. Or call upon arrive, the shuttle can come for pickup (as long as the van is available). The shuttle usually picks up the guests right outside the departures area. It is a white van that has it clearly marked with the Quality Inn, Host Inn, & Fairfield Inn logos on it.
