San Angelo, TX -- Earl the Emu®, popular star of the Earl the Emu: Bible Adventures for Children television show, will be making an appearance at the Emu Mall on Friday, July 14th and Saturday, July 15th. The Emu Mall is open in conjunction with the American Emu Association National Convention, held this year at the Madison West-Marriott Hotel and Conference Center, Middleton, WI. Earl the Emu ® will make appearances at 10:30 AM, 1:00 PM and 3:30 PM on both days. Also on hand will be Earl™s biographer and co-star, Ms. Pat Winston, who will be available to sign books in the Earl the Emu® series. Published by Light Way Publications, the colorful books offer children reassurance and guidance for our challenging times as they learn about God™s love. Available books include: Earl the Emu - God Has A Purpose For Those Who Are Different, God Loves Me Just the Way I Am, Earl the Emu Discovers God's Greatest Gift and God Promises A Rainbow.

The program, Earl the Emu: Bible Adventures for Children, can be seen at 8:00 AM Saturday mornings on WTCT. The program consists of Bible storytelling, a music portion and an interactive component where moral lessons are emphasized through crafts. The thirty-minute program was recently selected for worldwide distribution via satellite and is now seen around the world in over 100 million homes.

In addition to being a book author, guest speaker and host of the children's television program Earl the Emu: Bible Adventures for Children, Pat Winston is founder of the Excellent Achievers Require Love (E.A.R.L.)
